Today I read about behavior and found out that it is important to define emotions carefully and distinguish emotions from moods. Take note that defining emotions is a complex issue, but the experiential component of emotions—the experience of pain, anger, and joy—is central and manifests itself as an action tendency, a biasing of perceptions, or a state of feeling.
POSITIVE EMOTIONS takes pride in what one does; clear thinkers; takes initiative
NEGATIVE EMOTIONS is insensitive to the emotions and needs of others; talks too much; more interested in work than the family
EGO likes talking about oneself.
